Every picture tells a story, even the ones that aren't for any partifcular story whatsoever. It's one of the qualities that I like to infuse in my artwork: The feeling that there's a whole bunch of backstory and an explanation and history to everything. Who is she? What's chasing her? Is the green light magic? Where is she, and who carved all of those symbols in the bones? And how does the skeleton key fit in? (You can't see it here, but around her neck is an ornate skull-headed skeleton key.) There are no answers for me to provide to these questions, and I leave it to you to provide your own answers!
